Our return-to-sport rehab includes strength rebuilding, mobility work, movement retraining, and sport-specific drills tailored to your activity. We assess how your injury affects your performance demands and develop a progressive plan that transitions you from basic recovery back to full competition or recreation.
We use objective testing, strength measures, balance assessments, movement screens, and sport-specific performance tasks, to determine whether your body is ready for dynamic load, speed, and intensity. We only progress you when you meet safe return-to-sport criteria, reducing your risk of reinjury.
